Unfortunately my camera burnt out and did NOT record some footage. Ahhh well. These are some of my go to snack/ treat ideas which are the healthier alternative of things we love. With PCOS its finding foods that are lower in sugars, higher in proteins and fats, and being able to balance goodies with healthy foods. Hopefully you leave with some new ideas !
