TAKE MY COURSES – CREATE YOUR OWN The first thing to do is to recognize the importance of the positive. If you have a positive mindstate, you are going to be more likely to cultivate a positive life. There are different mental exercises you can do to cultivate positive thinking in your life.

One of the things you can do, for example, is to look for the beauty in the world. Just to open the door and be open to looking at the beauty in the world. How do I open up to the beauty in the world?

Another exercise you can do is to look for that which is funny. Look for that which is funny. Welcome humor and try to find humor.

That’s the first step – look for that which is good in your life and the world.

You can also do a gratitude practice as part of this.

Look for that which is positive in your life.

No matter where you’re at, you can choose to see the good.
