Every day we're presented with different situations and obstacles where we're given a choice on how to react. How you react to whatever life throws at will ultimately decide your outlook and level of achievement in life.

1. There is ALWAYS someone who has it worse, be glad you're where you are.
2. Gratitude and negative feelings can't exist at the same time. in tough situations think about that which you are thankful for.
3. All about the breath-Slow down your heart rate and take deep breaths to calm yourself in order to be rational.
