The Ultimate Gratitude Ritual
Practicing gratitude is one of the most important rituals for finding appreciation for your life, yourself and the people around you.
A daily gratitude practice has the ability to increase happiness, calm, motivation and inspiration. When you're grateful for what's around you, the world becomes a more beautiful place – filled with opportunities to cherish, marvel and celebrate.
This stream of gratitude ritual can be practiced individually, with a partner or in a group. It's all about expressing as much gratitude as possible! Start a clock and start listing off your gratitudes – pretty soon you'll have much more on your list than you may have thought.
