Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – Relax deeply in this 6 Minute Guided Savasana with music. I help you relax the entire body with two and a half minutes of guided meditation followed by two and a half minutes of just soft background music to allow yourself to completely surrender in the pose. The last minute of the video is for slowly and gently reawakening the body. This is an important part of the process so make sure to stay until the end. You will feel centered, balanced, and refreshed after this practice. This video may be used on its own or after any yoga class.
