My Journey of Self-Improvement

In 2012, I started a journey of improving myself. I wasn't happy with who I was and I intended to create a better future. I took charge of my life. I kept on motivating myself. I took some action, failed, procrastinated because of my fears. I committed myself fully. I took small steps. I improved my public speaking skills, starting doing parkour, set up a consistent meditation practice. I kept on moving forward taking small steps. And today, I love myself. I learned to enjoy and celebrate life; to fall in love with where I am. I shifted from a paradigm that, ‘I am not good enough.' to a paradigm that, ‘I am perfect and joyfully improving.'
This whole journey started with one small step. Some times one thought can change the entire direction of our lives. A one degree shift is big enough when we consider it's long term effects.
The question is, ‘Are you willing to take a small step?
Don't underestimate the power of a small step. It can change the entire course of your life. One thought can create a big movement in the Universe. You can think that one thought right now.
