The Most Overlooked Habit for Maintaining a Positive Attitude

We work hard at maintaining our health and happiness, but there’s one thing that’s THE most overlooked habit for maintaining a positive attitude. Dr. Lee Rice shares about this key thing that promotes emotional and physical well-being.

Adequate, regular sleep is necessary for wellness, prevention, immune system function, and much more. In fact, sleep deprivation causes unhappiness, stress, the inability to be emotionally balanced, and affects important biological functions.

From brain neurotransmitter regulation that affects our cognitive abilities to anti-aging, weight loss, and injury recovery, regular, deep sleep can have a huge impact on our minds and bodies. It even contributes to self esteem which affects how we relate to others.

You’ll be shocked at all the ways sleep can improve our holistic health. So grab a pillow, watch this short video, and make sure you’re prioritizing a good night’s rest as part of your pursuit of happiness!
