HEY FRIENDS! These are some of the things I really like to eat that I think are nutritious and great for your skin! Eating a variety of plant based foods is supppaaa important so you get an array of different nutrients for the different benefits it provides. 🙂
Also *** there are no scientific evidence that these specific foods make your skin glow but rather what they are made up of. So many of the foods i ate today contain lots of vit and min, antioxidants and other compounds that help with skin rejuvenation and clear skin. Antioxidants work in which it increases the amount of O2 in the blood, picking up your metabolism and helping your food digest easier and absorb all the nutrients from the food you consume. The more O2 in the blood, the more toxic materials your body can get rid of, and the lower the toxic poo in your blood and body the healthier your skin will look **
