Let’s start Full Day Boiled / Diabetes Diet Plan for Weight Loss:

Start your day with detox water, empty stomach. Detox water will detoxify your body and will help to naturally reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion and promote healthy skin.

At morning breakfast, have any one of the followings:
– Boiled Eggs – 2 Nos
– Or Sprouts Bhel –

Mid-Morning (2 hrs after breakfast) – Have any one – 1 Apple / Orange / Sweet Lime / Pomegranate / Coconut Water / 1 Glass Buttermilk

Lunch, have any of the following:
– Spinach / Palak Soup –
– Or Dal Palak Recipe – with Jowari / Bhajara / Ragi (Nachni) Roti (
– Or Carrot Soup –

In Mid-Evening (2 hrs after lunch) – Have Green Tea or Milky Tea (with No Sugar or Less Sugar) with 2 Cracker Biscuit
