In today's video, I talk about how much of overcoming anxiety is learning how to get more comfortable with the uncomfortable. And that it's not about trying to get rid of anxiety. Rather, it's about figuring out how to live with it instead. When we acknowledge anxiety, we can take pride in knowing that we're facing it and yet still choose to move forward. That's when we truly develop an ability to manage our anxiety and develop a greater capacity and inner strength to work with it in the future.
