How to Become Emotionally Healthy | Boost Your EQ

Although it can sometimes feel like the people who are the most emotionally healthy were just born that way, but the truth is, becoming emotionally healthy, grounded and relatively stable (take that with a grain of salt), is something most of us have to work on.

I'm guessing you've heard of IQ , but have you heard of EQ.? Our EQ is our emotional intelligence – our ability to understand our emotions and the emotions of others.

Typically people with high EQ are not just more emotionally aware, but they have learned how to be aware and tuned into emotions without harsh judgment toward themselves or others.

So what can we do to work on becoming both more emotionally intelligent and emotionally healthy?
