There is no one in this world who does not have even a single blessing in life to be thankful for. Gratitude should be our way of life. A much needed change of mindset from a complaining attitude to a thankful one. Ingratitude attracts a lot of negativity in life in the form of negative emotions such as jealousy, hatred, depression, anxiety, stress and frustration. It makes a man so miserable that he begins to hate his life and wishes to exist no more. It is high time that we learn to consciously acknowledge good things in our life and appreciate others for their sincere expression of kindness and empathy.
