How to Develop a Positive Attitude in life?
1. Become aware of your thoughts.
What kind of thoughts are you getting?
Are they positive or negative?
If you are getting negative thoughts, then replace them with a positive thought.
2. Become aware of your surroundings.
Are they positive, or negative people who are always keep cribbing, complaining?
3. Express Gratitude.
How often do you express gratitude to people around you, and to your creator?
The more you express gratitude, the more you will always get in life.
Gratitude is mandatory to build a positive Attitude.
4. Physical exercise
You have to do exercise for at least 1 hour a day. It can be in any form.
5. Mind exercise
Meditation, Reading books, watching motivational/inspiring videos.
