In this guided meditation, Bre will guide you through the healing power of letting go. Maybe you've been holding onto something that is weighing you down or perhaps it's simply time to make space for something new.

As we go through life, we experience situations, conversations, and scenarios that may hold us back from growing and from experiencing happiness. Although the things we pick up may be subconscious such as resentment, anger, or negative thoughts, nonetheless, they're there. Festering in the body and weighing us down. The faster we can let go, the faster we can free ourselves and grow. No experience needed, just find a quiet space and a comfortable seat.
