To Make Healthy Oatmeal You Will Need

1 Apple
1/2 Cup rolled oats
2 Tsp brown sugar
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup water
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

1. Add all dry ingredients and mix them all together
2. Add water and milk to the dry ingredients, mix well
3. Microwave for 2,5 minutes

Apple Topping:
1. Peel and chop the apple.
2. Throw into a bowl with 2 tsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cornstarch
1 tbsp water
3. Microwave 2,30 min
4. Mix and serve over oatmeal

To Make Microwave Sweet Potato You Will Need:

1 Sweet Potato
Wet towel
Chopped cooked chicken
Cheese
Salsa

Directions:

1. Wrap sweet potato in a wet towel
2. Microwave for 7 min
3. Cut potato in the middle and fill with topping to your taste
4. Melt in Microwave 1 min

To Make Microwave Creamy Risotto You Will Need:

1 Cup of rice
3 1/2 Cups of chicken broth or water
1/4 Cup sour cream
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 Cup cooked chicken breast
1 Cup chopped broccoli
1/2 Cup diced carrots

Directions:

1. Add the rice into a microwave-safe pan
2. Pour in 3 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
3. Microwave for 10 min
4. When ready remove and set aside
5. Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, cooked chicken breast, chopped broccoli, diced carrots
6. Cover with plastic and microwave for 10 minutes
