I've made a lot of meditations for you, and between my hundreds of videos on YouTube and my book, You Have 4 Minutes to Change Your Life (Hay House, 2017), I feel like I've pretty much covered all the topics.

I mean, really—how many times can I tell you to sit down, close your eyes, and follow your breath?

But the truth is that meditate every day, and the inspiration is always flowing freely. The meditations we practice every week church are among my favorites. That 90-minute space on Sunday morning is my time to step away from distraction (and social media) and focus on peace, spiritual growth, and community. I love that meditation is such a big part of the service. It helps to usher in a sense of calm and allows me to feel all the lessons more deeply.

The meditation I'm offering you here is inspired by the one led by my pastor last Sunday. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Don't worry if you're not a religious person—I've modified it to be inclusive to all spiritual seekers.
