Mindful Tips: Why Practice Meditation?

This week's tip on intentional living is all about connecting to why you practice meditation.
Recently, in the community forum and our other social media pages, we asked you “Why do you meditate?” There are many great reasons why you might choose to make time for meditation and so many benefits. In today's tip, Les shares his perspective on the question.

Meditation can facilitate a calm feeling, a reduction of stress, and can be used as a tool to create changes in how our genes are expressed. Meditation creates space to hold the experiences of our life.
