Welcome to this Stretch + Be Still: 12 Min Seated Yoga and Meditation video!

We begin this practice with a few minutes of gentle seated stretches to help release tension and connect with your body and breath. Then we move into a time of silence as we meditate on Matthew 6: 6-7:

“Whenever you pray, go into your innermost chamber and be alone with Father God, praying to him in secret…When you pray, there is no need to repeat empty phrases, praying like those who don’t know God, for they expect God to hear them because of their many words.”
