BINGING: BOUNCE BACK WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Binge eating typically comes with guilt. Today I discuss how to bounce back and have a positive attitude.

I have a feeling that today is going to be a much better day than yesterday. Luckily I do not experience any weight gain from the day before. I binged the day before while still eating keto friendly food, but the scale did not reflect over consuming calories.

Today I will be fasting straight through. I look forward to the mental clarity I will get from fasting. 3:00 rolls around and I am not even thirsty yet. Fasting does it easier over time.

My motivation fell off a cliff again. Before fasting when I was doing OMAD, I found myself feeling very tired. Now when I eat, I notice a spark in energy most of the time. I am going to do my best to eat intuitively.

I go out for a 4.5 mile walk on this rest day. I am more informed now and I am better at resting my body. I want to approach things in a new way now and really focus on energy.
