How to Meditate: The Exact Meditation That Cured My ADHD and Changed My Life
Some of the most powerful tools we have to feel balanced and happy are rooted in some of the most simple principles. Meditation can be a powerful tool for calming an active mind and becoming present. When I learned how to meditate years ago it profoundly changed how I thought and allowed me to focus in a new way. I felt compelled to share the exact mediation I have done everyday for the past 4 years now. It's the first 20 mins of my day and the last 20 mins of my day and the feeling it gives can become addicting (in a good way) . Ultimately it's the meditation that has allowed me to let go of taking Adderall (given for ADHD) and balance myself out naturally. The power is within and meditation is a powerful tool to bring that power to life.
