Here are 12 Healthy Foods I Eat Every Week to stay healthy while working my Corporate job, teaching Zumba, and creating content for my blogs and this YouTube channel. I need quick and easy healthy foods to maintain a healthy lifestyle with life being so crazy-busy. These clean eating food ideas are delicious and make healthy eating enjoyable. And realistic!
Since I practice clean eating, I focused primarily on whole foods with some food products included. While I'd love to make every single thing I eat from scratch, that's not practical for my busy work weeks. So, I take some help from brands and products I've evaluated and believe are pretty clean eating.
I'm not the only one, right? Who else has a crazy busy week on the regular?
